Hey, why stop at 8 inches? Let's add a few feet. While they are at it, they should electrify the fence and put razor wire along the top. If you are going to do it, do it right... and also guard towers to keep an eye on those pesky protestors, and dogs... the dogs with bees in their mouth and when they bark they shoot bees at you...

You see, this goes back to his drunk and cocaine years when he was hiding from the draft his girlfriend told him that he'll never be a real man because he was "eight inches too small"!
He still can't follow a conversation.

Apparently they're not the only ones! He seems to be more and more despised throughout the world these days! I feat he is going to become the first real "man without a country" eventually...for all his crimes and cruelties, he may be destined to be a "man without a country!"

Now there's a thought. Now all we need is one around the Capitol.

That's a scary thought! 2008 isn't soon enough. I suppose the conservatives figure it's a slim chance to get another fella in for a minute, considering the Bush legacy, so fortifying to keep this one in pass an impeachment will work. I wonder if the Boys at the capitol, like the ones with the K Street Project and Jack Abramoff will put up a fence too?

Go figure? Bush puts up a higher fence and Haliburton is leaving the country. Is their something impending looming that they foresee? Are any gallows being erected?
I can understand Haliburton, they will be investigated so what better way to hinder that investigation, move to a foreign land. Another Billion dollar scam like Republican ENRON where crime pays. Dickie doesn't swim in water, he swims in imported wine.
Now Haliburton tax payments will also be substantially diminished so another good move. You acquire Billions in no bid contracts from a country and then shaft it at the same time. Excellent Republican move, real patriotic thinking.
How much more must a country endure under this administration without change in the wind? I say two more years of this corruption cannot be tolerated, any pratical suggestions? I only see one but Democrats are without a qualified leader for actual change. Radical thinking in Washington must be a prerequisite to effect change.

So far I sense from the many good comments that no one sees much humor in the article, but the reality of the mischief already caused by this administration. I too have my concerns about the next 2 years, and what havoc is planned next.

8 inches? As Armstrong put it, "That's one small step for a man".
