There should be a special fund to send all degenerates to New Jersey. For you despicables a nice place to live while leaving states that are causing you such abuse.

It's not that I'm against the death penalty, but this article is just stupid. Now, all they have to do is hatch a crazy plan to get the person that they really want to kill to move to New Jersey too. Abolishing or keeping the death penalty isn't going to change crime stats significantly. More FUD.
