The defense attorneys will next contend that the forest only CLAIMED to be a virgin forest but was in actuality a forest that had seen "mixed use".
"I mean, seriously," attorney Clark Clarkson said to reporters, "This forest is over a hundred years old! Are we supposed to believe it's STILL a virgin?"
